Winter Wonderland at Kyrene

Kyrene has the Winter Wonderland every year that benefits the students and their families that live in special needs circumstances. The organizers and volunteers do a great job.
One couple donated 42 bikes which were raffled off every half hour.
This room was filled with toys, games, books, stuffed dolls etc. Another room was filled with clothes and shoes. The volunteers had a great time serving and those that received were excited and appreciative. As I helped one lady to her car she got a bit teary eyed, thankful for everything she received.

She was just watching TV ... relaxing ... so .......

I knew she wouldn't mind getting up for just a second.

While everyone was sleeping I sliped off to Snow Canyon outside of St George. Normal people would sleep in and no one has ever accused me of being normal. Anyway this pic is of Snow Canyon from the top of a cinder cone (volcano). I'll show the cinder cone next. I had a great time I even rented a bike to ride the canyon but I had such a fun time hiking I didn't even take the bike out of the car.

Another morning I went to the Virgin River Gorge, nice place.
